Purpose of the roleTo be an integral member of the Facilities team and to take responsibility for all questions and queries ensuring that staff and partners have access to a comprehensive and high quality facilities service which provides outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. The role is to work 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day (plus 1 hour lunch break), rotating weekly shifts between 7:30am and 6pm.
The personDue to the nature of the role, to be successful your background will probably include:- Recent office based experience is essential and Facilities or Reception experience is desirable.- Experience in a professional services environment would be desirable.- At least 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including C grade or above in English and Mathematics.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.In addition, the role requires someone who:- Has the ability to work as part of a team and establishes good working relationships at all levels.- Has excellent planning and organisational skills.- Provides outstanding client service at all times.- Is able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.- Has excellent presentational and attention to detail skills.- Remains calm under pressure.
